About Our Team

Dustin Baker

Owner of Delicate Decisions

My journey began when I was enlisted in the United States Army as a combat medic. After caring for my fellow soldiers on and off the battlefield, I came back to my home state, Arizona, and began to work as a caregiver at a local assisted living community. I next served as a marketing coordinator for an in-home care provider.

From these and other experiences, I decided to step into the role of franchise owner to provide care and guidance to seniors and families in my community. After many years as a national trainer for new franchisees, I have relocated to Northern Utah and started Delicate Decisions.

Senior Care Advisor

I have worked with the senior population for 15 years. My first job started in an assisted living facility where I learned what it takes to be a caregiver. I attended school to become an occupational therapist assistant and managed 2 rehab clinics while helping seniors regain their strength and independence after a life changing event.

Over the years working in healthcare, I have adapted a holistic approach when assisting with senior placement, while encouraging meaningful social and physical activities. I’m committed to families and their loved one to take the time to listen, educate, provide resources, and ensure we find the right place to call home.

Senior Living Guidance

We connect seniors with the top assisted living facilities, residential care homes, and retirement communities in their vicinity. We've arranged placements for seniors coming directly from rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing units, hospitals, and private residences, among other places. Regardless of the circumstances, we are able to provide assistance.

Hands-On Approach

We approach elder care planning with great dedication by guiding our clients through every step of the journey: starting with researching and visiting communities, continuing to the moving-in day, and maintaining engagement through follow-up visits and calls. Our goal is to guarantee top-notch care and service for seniors and their families.
